Igor, um menino da cidade, mal humorado, que nunca vivenciou uma experiência no campo, está receoso, achando que seu dia será sem graça. &lt;br /&gt;Inicialmente se incomoda com os hábitos de Kalu, mas, gradualmente vai cedendo espaço para o universo mágico do campo. O sabor de uma fruta apanhada no pé, um deslumbrante banho de rio irá mudar completamente o seu humor. &lt;br /&gt;Eles se divertem, aventuram-se, correm e aprendem a cada passo sobre o universo de possibilidades e a alegria de compartilhar estes novos valores.&lt;br /&gt;De uma maneira lúdica, esta apresentação amplia o conceito de interação com a natureza inspirando o respeito a algo tão As vitaminas se multiplicam as vezes por 500% e algumas vitaminas como a C aparece em grande quantidade onde não havia . Como por exemplo, no trigo e na aveia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.    Colocamos de uma a três colheres de sopa de grãos num vidro e cobrimos com água limpa.&lt;br /&gt;2.    Deixamos de molho por uma noite (8 horas).&lt;br /&gt;3.    Cobrimos o vidro com um pedaço de filó e prendemos com um elástico. Despejamos a água e enxaguamos bem sob a torneira.&lt;br /&gt;4.    Colocamos o vidro inclinado num escorredor num lugar sombreado e fresco&lt;br /&gt;5.    Enxaguamos pela manhã e à noite. Nos dias quentes é preciso lavar mais vezes&lt;br /&gt;Os grãos iniciam sua germinação em períodos variáveis. Em geral estão com a sua potência máxima logo que sinalizam o processo do nascimento, quando ficam prontos para serem consumidos.     &lt;br /&gt;                                                                                                               &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sugestões de sementes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Todas as sementes comestíveis, tanto pelo homem como pelos pássaros: girassol, painço,  aveia, trigo, linhaça, arroz, soja, centeio, gergelim, grão de bico, amendoim, lentilha, nozes, castanha do Pará, amêndoas, ervilha, feno-grego, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;È bom retirar as cascas das sementes maiores em especial do girassol e soja.  &lt;br /&gt;
